<p>The anchor for a canvas sheeting which forms the roof of a light shelter comprises two elongate supports (6,7) such as bars or tubes interconnected at their upper ends. The lower ends (8,9) are driven or fixed into the ground and form an inverted V-shaped structure, the vertical plane of which passes through the centre of the canvas. The top (4) of the anchor is attached to the edge (3) of the canvas (1). The tension in the canvas is adjusted using a threaded attachment (11-17) to allow the top (4) of the anchor to be inwardly or outwardly displaced.</p> |
