<p>The inclined plane is for gymnastic movements, by using parts of the body as levers. It consists of a board (1) that is curved at the top (2). It is supported by feet (3) and its height is adjusted by moving these on a rack (4). There are two handles (5) at the bottom of the board and two slightly raised handles (6) at the top. Two straps (7) are fixed on the lower part of the board and one strap (8) is fixed on the top part. Two transversal bars (10) under the board keep it riqid.</p> |
