PURPOSE:To enhance the occupying rate of a coil for a flat motor and to prevent the layer shortcircuit of the coil by laminarly winding ribbon-shaped magnet wire approximately in a circular shape and then pressure molding coil of approximately sector shape with a suitable pressing jig. CONSTITUTION:A ribbon-shaped flat magnet wire 1 is laminarly wound on a frame 2 having a core 2a of approximately regular circle to form a coil 3 of approximately circular shape. The central hole 3a of the coil 3 is engaged with a projection 4b of approximately sector shape of a pressing jig 4, inserting plates 4d, 4f having the prescribed bent recess surface 4e and a bent recessed surface 4g are contacted with the outer periphery of the coil, are thus pressurized, and the coil 3 is press molded in the prescribed sector shape. In this manner, the occupying rate of the coil can be improved as compared with the case that the magnet wire of circular section is used, and the danger of exfoliating the insulation of the coil can be eliminaed at the time of pressure molding it, thereby improving the reliability of the coil. |
