PURPOSE:To enhance the space factor and to enable miniaturization of a coil by a method wherein a foil wire of conductive metal is formed spirally at least on one face of thin insulating sheet provided with a hollow part at the center, and the adequate number of sheets thereof are laminated and fixed, and the coil wires are connected with each other. CONSTITUTION:On respective one side surface of the nearly ?-shape extremely thin insulating sheets 2 provided with the hollow part 2a and are consisted of polyester resin, etc., the foil wire 3 consisted of a conductive metal of copper, etc., for example, is formed spirally. At this time, on one side coil sheet 1, the foil wire is formed as to start from the starting point 3a formed at the edge of the hollow part 2a and is bent in order in the clockwise direction to reach the finishing end 3b, and on the other side coil sheet 5, the foil wire is bent in order from the starting point 3c corresponding to the finishing end 3b of the coil sheet 1 in the clockwise direction to reach the finishing end 3d respectively. The adequate number of sheets of the coil sheets are laminated in the manner that the back of the coil sheet 1 is to be piled up on the surface of the coil sheet 5 and are fixed to form the nearly rectangular pipe type. |
