<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the prevention of contamination with other germs and damage of cultivation vessels by forming the bag-like major vessel from 2 sheets of flexible plastic film overlapped and fitting the first and second connectors thereto. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of flexible plastic film such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer sheet are overlapped and fused on the periphery of form the main body in a bag form 2. Then, the first connector 3 and the second connector 4 are fitted through tubes 55, 56 respectively to form the cell cultivation vessel 1. When the vessel 1 is used, the cells are introduced through the first connector 3 and the culture medium is fed into the vessel to effect the proliferation of the cells. After completion of the culture, a cleaning solution is introduced through the second connector 4 to contact with the proliferated cells to effect washing and peeling of and the cells are recovered through the second connector 4.</p> |
