The suction pressure rotor motor may be used as an energy converter and rotates around a vertical axis, in the centre of three cylinders of different diameters (2,3,4) which have a cyclone effect. The assembly is secured by guy ropes (5). The uppermost rotating member (1) is a suction motor. At the lower end of the cylinders are three turbine assemblies, each fitting in the cylinder of equivalent diameter. At the ground end of the assembly, the vertical axle (13) which is common to all three turbines fits by means of a coupling to a current generator (14) which provides a current impulse to actuate the suctions motor at the top end. In a representative design, the assembly has an overall height of 72 metres and may develop air flow velocities up to 22 metres/sec.
