In self-service post box, a coin drop(1) installed in the main body is linked to the coin passag(2) composed of the coin selector(3) and the coin control panel(4). As the control panel rotates with a specified angle by the weight of a coin, the cam(25) connected to the end side of pin(4a) also rotates with the specified angle and presses the contact switch (26) connected to the indicating lamp. The dates and times in stamp is automatically imprinted on the letter by the dumper(30) which is open and shut automatically by the luminous flux of the phototube(17), and by the card punsh unit(19).
