In an electronic divider for forming a quotient from a voltage value as denominator and a pulse frequency of an input pulse as numerator, a bistable flipflop (7) is provided, to the set input (16) of which the input pulse is supplied and the reset input (6) of which is connected via a hysteresis switch (5) to a capacitor (3), in which arrangement a current proportional to the voltage value can be applied to the capacitor by means of a voltage/current converter (2), and can be discharged by an electronic switch (4), the control input of which is fed back to an output (8) of the bistable flipflop so that the duty ratio of an output pulse which can be derived from an output of the bistable flipflop is proportional to the quotient. This produces a divider requiring little complexity (Figure 1). |
