Fluxless soldering system - directs jet of solder at connection wires and wire ends of HF coil in hydrogen flame

The system solders the enamelled ends of the wires of coils to axial tinned connection wires in a reducing atmos using no flux. The connection wires are bonded into blind holes in the ferrite coil former of a HF inductor. The axially wired and wound HF inductor is dragged horizontally through the molten solder such that only that part being solder and enveloped in a hydrogen flame comes into contact with the solder. The solder is heated to a temp. that destroys the insulation around the ends of the wires. The solder is directed as a jet solely at the regions requiring soldering.
