A packing unit with more than two laminar sealing elements placed one behind the other along the axis. It has cable entry holes, which can be cutout to feed the cable into the fittings. The annular spaces between the sealing elements are deep enough to maintain the laminar structure when fitting a cable with the maximum permissible external diameter. The sealing elements (6) are made with raised and recessed sections (8,9) fitting vertically into the cavities. The raised and recessed sections alternate to produce a corrugated cross section. The sealing elements are staggered.
