PURPOSE:To enable conversations equally among all earth stations, by assigning a prescribed frequency to a transmission channel even-if any incoming earth station performs transmission and enabling to receive it by other incoming earth stations. CONSTITUTION:A radio terminal station device 2 is connected to an antenna 1 transmitting and receiving radio frequency, and the output is connected to a transmission channel 3 and a reception channel 4. The transmission and reception channels 3, 4 are connected to a hybrid circuit 5. A controller 8 assigns transmission frequencies to the transmission channel 3 with a telephone device 7 connected to the hybrid circuit 5, detection circuit 6 detecting the transmission signal at transmission and this detection signal. |
