PURPOSE:To keep the continuity of shrinked picture, by reflecting the state of video elements interleft to the next video element when a picture is shrinked. CONSTITUTION:When five consecutive video elements are shrinked into, for example, four video elements, white/black of a video element is corresponded to 1/10 to form a binary signal. A signal read in and binarizd in the timing of a timing generating circuit 4 is inputted to a picture pattern converter 5. A signal 1st-4th bit is transmitted to a memory 6 under a timing signal. The 5th bit signal is an interleaving signal and it is not transmitted to the memory, but stored in the converter 5. The next 1st bit signal is taken OR with the said stored signal and transmitted to the memory 6. The said stored signal is immediately reset. |
