PURPOSE:To clearly discriminate a duplex audio broadcast from stereophonic voice broadcast program even at a constant position from a TV receiver and the like, by pronouncing a synthesized voice signal for guide through a detecting incoming signal indicating duplex voice signal or stereophonic voice signal. CONSTITUTION:When an indicating signal S1 of L level is given to a CPU, a digital signal corresponding to ''it is stereophonic broadcast'' is read out from an ROM by the CPU to produce the digital voice signal corresponding to this signal. On the other hand, when an indication signal S2 of L level is given, the CPU reads out a digital signal corresponding to ''it is duplex voice broadcast'' from th ROM to produce the corresponding digital voice signal. Thus, the digital voice signal formed is converted into the corresponding analog voice signal at a D/A conversion circuit DAC, and after rejecting unnecessary harmonics with an LPF, the converted signal is outputted as a synthesis signal. |
