The heat pump incorporates a circuit for the refrigerating medium containing an expansion valve controlled by a thermostat. This is connected after the evaporator in the flow direction. The thermostat (8) is inserted in a pipe directing the flow of the refrigerating medium. The circuit for the latter can incorporate a liq.-separation vessel (1) with a vertical top inlet pipe (3) for the medium, while the thermostat is mounted clear of this pipe and to the side of it, in the top of the vessel. It can be inserted in a closed pocket (7) shorter than the clear height of the vessel interior, from the outside. |
