The invention relates to a powered glider of plastic construction, whose engine is located at the end of the fuselage and is held by roving belts which run in or on the fuselage wall. The invention comprises a first roving belt being located on each side of the fuselage, which roving belt runs approximately longitudinally as far as the front end of the engine and retains the motor at its front end and rear end, and a second roving belt being located under this first roving belt, which second belt runs approximately longitudinally and is connected to the first belt in the region of the engine holders via third roving belts which run approximately vertically. This results in highly expedient engine suspension.
