The valve has a housing with connection sockets for hoses and a membrane, which is pressed by a spring on a housing-sided sealing seat, to separate the inlet and outlet sides. The inlet socket/channel associated with the housing section incorporating the sealing seat opens outside the sealing seat. A by-pass-channel (13) with throttle (14), which also leads to the inlet channel (5), opens within the sealing seat (9). The valve housing consists of three sections. The membrane (7) is located between the outlet-sided housing section (1b), with a spring (11) and outlet socket (4) and an intermediate section (17). This contains the seat, part of the inlet channel (5) and the by-pass channel.
