<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated sheet freed from air bubbles and voids and having excellent impregnation property, by impregnating a base sheet with a curable rsin liquid and, after dissolution and elimination of entrained bubbles in the resin liquid, curing the impregnated sheet. CONSTITUTION:A base sheet is impregnated with a solvent-free curable resin liquid which by itself can cure into a cured product. Next, the impregnated sheet is cured after the air bubbles entrained in the curable resin liquid-impregnated base sheet are dissolved and eliminated in the resin liquid. As the base sheet, cellulosebased paper of glass cloth is particularly suitable. The curable resin liquid preferably used is a resin which does not give by-products such as gas or liquid in the course of the curing reaction, e.g., epoxy resin or unsaturated polyester resin. Of these resins, a resin of an addition-polymerizable type or radical-polymerizable type is suitable, because it can be cured without application of pressure, and the excessive movement of the resin liquid can be prevented.</p> |
