PURPOSE:To make the formation of a transparent insulation film of good transparency and density and high strength by screen printing by using paste consisting basically of a prescibed org. aluminum. CONSTITUTION:If an org. aluminum compound bound directly with oxygen, such as trisacetylacetonatoaluminum coordinated with acetylacetone is dissolved in an org. solvent and is added with a viscous agent, paste for forming transparent insulation films is formed. If screen printing is carried out by using such paste and the paste is sintered, the transparent insulation film of good transparency and density and high strength is obtained. |
