PURPOSE:To prevent the combustion within the incinerator from being deteriorated by a method wherein the supply of the material to be incinerated is automatically stopped when lthe temperature of combustion exhasut gas does not attain to the predetermined value even after the continuous supply of the material to be incinerated for the predetermined period of time in the captioned method for industrial waste material and the like. CONSTITUTION:City refuse is supplied in a furnace 4 by means of a refuse feeding device 1 equipment at the lower part of a hopper 3 and burnt on a stoker 2 and the combustion gas is exhasuted from an exhaust port 5. The temperature of the combustion gas measured with a thermocouple 6 is transmitted to a controller 7. The controller 7 compares the measured temperature of the combustion gas with the set temperature in order to drive the refuse feeding device 1 to supply the refuse into the furnace, and to stop the supply of the refuse at the time when the measured temperature exceeds the predetermined temperature within the predetermined period of time. If the measured temperature does not attain to the predetermined temperature even after the elapse of the predetermined time, the controller produces an emergency stop signal to stop the refuse feeding device 1. |
