PURPOSE:To intensify compressive action, by providing a regulating means by which the rotation of a piston is regulated and further the revolution of the piston around the shaft center of a rotor is allowed, and a fixing means by which the discharge-side open end of a screw hole in the piston is opened when the piston moves in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A compression part 5 has a cylinder 7 having a screw hole 6, a piston 8, and a regulating means 9 by which the rotation of the piston 8 is regulated and further the revolution thereof around the shaft center of a rotor 4 is allowed. Since the sliding surface of a flange member 31 is made greater than the opening of the cylinder 7 on the discharge side 12, the fluid sent from the suction side 13 is given a discharge resistance, and is substantially compressed.
