PURPOSE:To facilitate the insertion of a film and to prevent the film from coming off a spool by arraying film retaining pieces axially around the external circumferential surface of the spool at enough intervals to insert the film and by pivoting both ends of each film retaining piece on a spool side. CONSTITUTION:The leader part of a film F is inserted between the bottom surface 6a of one film retaining piece 6 and the circumferential surface of a spool 3, which is turned in a film-advancing direction A. Then, since the front end part 6b of the film retaining piece 6 is pushed outward, the rear end part 6c is pressed against the circumferential surface of the spool 6 and the leader of the film F in a gap is sandwiched tightly. In addition, as the spool 3 is turned more and more in the film-advancing direction, it is sandwiched more and more tightly. |
