PURPOSE:To process a light shielding plate inexpensivey and easily to facilitate the adjustment for setting, by providing the light shielding plate consisting of a part of a disc in the optical path from a lens to a solid-state image pickup element. CONSTITUTION:A light shielding plate 3 consisting of a part of a disc is provided in the optical path from a lens 4 to a solid-state image pickup elements 5. Thus, the luminous flux from the center in the longitudinal direction in an illumination region on an original surface 1 is much intercepted by the light shielding plate 3, and the luminous flux from the peripheral part is less intercepted, and an effect for compensation of cos 4 multiplication rules is obtained. As the result, a fluorecent lamp can be used as the light source. Further, the light shielding plate consisting of a part of the disc is easy to manufacture; and if a margin as the light shielding plate is considered, the regulation of the luminous flux is not changed and is held constant even if the light shielding plate is rotated on the center point of a virtual circle as a fulcrum and is adjusted. |
