<p>A tubular spike carrying shaft, applicable to rotary cultivators, to whose axle shaft there is attached a series of tools, and peculiar inasmuch as the tip of each spiked tool is comprised of a working face and an approach face which between them intersect into a cutting line. The line which joins the axle shaft to each point on the cutting line forms an angle .alpha. with the tangent to the working face at the point, where .alpha. > 15.degree., and where an angle .beta. is formed between this face and the approach face where 35.degree. < .beta. < 75.degree. .alpha. + .beta. < 90.degree.</p> |
