<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a coil of a stabilizer body for a discharge lamp and to pressure mold the coil by avoiding the direct contact of the molding resin with the coil. CONSTITUTION:The upper and lower parts of a coil 3 for a stabilizer body are covered with metallic plates 5, 6, and when an assembly is contained in a mold cavity 9, a gate 10 is disposed at the position faced with the metallic plate 5 or 6. Accordingly, the molding resin is not contacted directly with the coil 3, thereby effectively preventing the damage of the coil and further employing the plates 5, 6 for the shielding plate of the coil.</p> |
