PURPOSE:To improve the heat dissipating performance and to reduce the size of a heat radiator by dropping liquid on a main plate of an impeller, pulverizing the dropping liquid, blowing the liquid and forming a diffuser as a heat dissipating surface in a structure for readily colliding with the liquid droplets. CONSTITUTION:An impeller having many blades secured to a main plate 1 is rotated in a centrifugal blower, and air is blown via inlets 11, 15 to a diffuser. Liquid is dropped from a tank 9 simultaneously to pulverize the liquid droplets 8 into fine particles 4 and to then introduce them to the diffuser. The side wall 5 of the diffuser can be mounted with an element (heat radiator) 12 used as a heat dissipating surface, and this shape is, for example, inclined with respect to the main plate (or provided with a guided plate for varying the direction of air stream), and the particles 4 are readily adhered to the side wall 5. In this manner, the three functions of blowing, spraying and evaporating to cool can be provided in the device, thereby improving the size reduction and the efficiency. |
