<p>PURPOSE:To maintain fully high supercharge pressure at a normal state without knocking action in an engine, by providing a controller reducing the supercharge pressure at occurrence of knocking action in response to output of a knocking sensor. CONSTITUTION:A bypass passage 10 is provided in an exhaust passage 3 so as to detour an exhaust gas turbine 9 of a supercharger, and a proportional solenoid valve 11 is provided in the bypass passage 10. Supercharge pressure is adjusted by open- close controlling this proportional solenoid valve 11 with a controller 14. Said controller 14 compares output of a knocking sensor 12 input through a filter circuit 14a with output of a comparison level setter circuit 14c, when the former is larger than the latter, output is generated by a comparator circuit 14b. Then output of said comparator circuit 14b is integrated by an integrating circuit 14d, and then amplified by a driver circuit 14e, thus the proportional solenoid valve 11 is opened.</p> |
