PURPOSE:To provide a uniform flow of mixture into all cylinders so that the distribution characteristic may be improved by bending the central intake air passage among intake passages and forming by-pass passage in the bottom portion of the intake air passage of a serial three cylinder type engine. CONSTITUTION:A main pipe B4 connected to a carbureter A is connected respectively to cylinders C1-C3 through three intake air passages B1-B3. The central intake air passage B2 has the upwardly bended portion B2' and by-pass passage B2''' of a small diameter is formed horizontally in the bottom portion of the intake air passage B2. Thereby the mixture, which has been normally liable to flow into the central intake air passage shall be uniformly distributed.
