PURPOSE:To prevent flaws and blurs on a mirror surface due to dust in air by providing a clean air blower to an infrared detector equipped with a scanning reflecting mirror and by blowing clean air on the reflecting mirror. CONSTITUTION:Infrared rays incident from a body to be measured to the window 11 of a housing 1 are reflected by a reflecting mirror 6 vibrated by a driving source 5 and then condensed by an optical condensation system 4 to strike the window 31 of an infrared detector 3. The incident light is converted into an electric signal by the infrared detecting element of the detector 3 and the signal is displayed on a cathode-ray tube which is not shown in the figure. The external air sucked into the said constitution is cleaned by removing dust through a filter 71 and sent into a blast pipe 73 by a fan 72. The cleaned air is blown from the tip of the pipe 73 on the mirror surface of the reflecting mirror 6 to prevent flaws due to dust in air, i.e., blurs. |
