PURPOSE:To execute photographing at a high speed, and also to reduce a loss of gas, by providing a member for forming a latent image by a generated ion, in a vessel for closing up gas tightly. CONSTITUTION:When X rays which have passed through an object are made incident to a discharge case having an electrode pair, across which voltage has been applied, rare gas such as xenon, in the discharge case is ionized, the ion is drawn by the electrode and moves, and an X-ray image of the object is formed on a latent image carrier member 9 placed on the electrode. The latent image carrier member 9 is drawn out from the discharge case since it is developed by a toner, but signal it is pressed by a blade pair 13 at an outlet, and is sealed up tightly by an insulating high viscosity substance 14, no rare gas escapes. Also, since it is made to pass through the blade pair 13 after an insulating film 24 has been put upon it, the latent image is not put into disorder. |
