PURPOSE:To prevent the reabsorption of moisture and dusts during assembling or the transfer of water and dust into gas during operation by sealing with low permeable thin film during drying of a moisture absorbing or dust producing insulator. CONSTITUTION:A thin film, e.g., polyester, Teflon, etc. is thermally bonded to coil group, lead wires, insulating washers, carta, etc., or bonded to be sealed to as to prevent the reabsorption of moisture and dusts during assembling step. particularly, in a gas-immersed inductio machine, the transfer of the moisture and dusts into gas can be entirely eliminated according to this method. |
