<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture tobermorite in a short time using low purity starting material for SiO2 by adding water and alkali to starting material for CaO and the starting material for SiO2 to produce a slurry and reacting the slurry with heating and stirring under pressure. CONSTITUTION:Water is added to calcareous starting material and siliceous starting material, and alkali is further added to produce a slurry. This slurry is reacted in a tightly sealed container with heating and stirring under>=6kg/cm<2>g pressure. The reaction product is washed to recover the alkali, and it is dehyudrated. Thus, to bermorite is synthesized in a short time.</p> |
