PURPOSE:To automatize the withdrawal of a product by removing outer burrs from a vulcanized sheet advancing it by one pitch after the removal of inner burr in a method of withdrawing the product from the sheet having burr both outside and inside thereof. CONSTITUTION:In a method of withdrawing ring rubber products 4 such as O ring from a vulcanized sheet material 1 in which the products are arranged regularly crisscross while it has burrs 2, 3 both inside and outside the products 4, the sheet 1 is placed on a feed plate having externally punched die holes at a position corresponding to respective products in such a mabner as to have each product coinciding each die hole. A internal punch die and an internal punch 12 work together toward the respective externally punched holes to remove inner burrs 2 corresponding to one horizontal line. After the removal of the inner burrs 2, the sheet 1 is a advanced by one pitch L and an external punch 22 works to remove outer burrs 3 corresponding to one horizontal line. Then the products 4 are withdrawn. |
