PURPOSE:To make part of a vibration diaphragm to be hard easily by arranging said diaphragm, coated with an adhesive previously, in a mold by restraining its position. CONSTITUTION:A filmy vibration diaphragm material 6 has positioning holes 6a. At some part of the material 6, a thermosetting adhesive coating part 7 is provided. A mold 8 for molding diaphragm has guide pins 8a, a recess part 9 at positions correspoding to the positioning holes 6a, and an annular recess part 10' at the external circumference of the recess part 9. The diaphragm material 6, while its position is restrained by the guide pins 8a or a projecting part external circumference 8b, is heated to form the previously coated adhesive into a uniform thin film in the same shape with part of the diaphragm as shown by 10. |
