PURPOSE:To obtain acoustic parts which have excellent acoustic characteristics while displaying the physical characteristics of whiskers of polyoxymethylene sufficiently, by using thermoplastic resin for a binder for the whiskers of polyoxymethylene. CONSTITUTION:Polyethylene synthetic resin 2, contained in a container 1 is held at temperature where whiskers 3 of polyoxymethylene do not softened, and 50wt% rat of whiskers 3 per said resin 2 are mixed by a mixer 4. This mixture is cast in a mold, etc., and cooled to form a composite sheet 5. This composite sheet 5 has the whiskers 3 bonded mutually by polyethylene synthetic resin as a binder. This composite sheet 5 is molded by a compression molding machine 6 to obtain a vibration diaphragm for a speaker. |
