Piezoelectric filter comprises a piezoelectric substrate (10) bearing on two of its faces electrodes (12,14) and conductive tracks (16,18) consisting of a first adherent metallic layer in contact with the substrate and a second metallic layer deposited on the first, these electrodes being connected to load resistors, (36,38). Specifically the resistors are each formed by a ribbon of thin film deposited on the substrate and of the same nature as the first adhesive metallic layer, which is esp. nickel-chrome in a thickness of 200-500 Angstroms. By integrating the resistors into the filter, the piezoelectric properties are not altered; the capacity and inductance distributed are as small as possible. Control can be effected in a simple manner and present a good stability while the mfg. technique is simple. The size of the assembly is also reduced by comparison with using separate resistors, and performances are not limited as light frequencies are approached, as in prior art.
|
