The boiler uses wooden logs. It has a furnace (9) with openings (2) for feeding fuel and primary and secondary air via an ash chamber (22) below. A heating surface (25) is mounted downstream of the furnace and has a gas and smoke outlet. There is an endless chain (20) drive and a pusher plate (23) on the furnace door (3) and a fuel restrainer, such as an adjustable plate (4) and under the grate (5) is an adjustable slide (6), protecting the grate and parts preventing blow back are fitted inside the feed opening. Deflectors (10) are mounted on the sides of the furnace. |
