摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To raise the heat efficiency including heat recovery efficiency of wast gas of a fluidized combustion furnace as well as lengthen the life of a dust collector by effectively cooling it by providing a cyclone dust collector with a heat exchanger jacket in its inner cylinder in the waste gas flue of the fluidized combustion furnace. CONSTITUTION:A cyclone dust collector 12, provided in the waste gas flue of a fluidized combustion furnace 11, is provided with an outer cylinder 1 with a waste gas inlet 2 and a double-walled, enclosed type inner cylinder 3 tipped with a waste gas outlet 8. The double-walled, cylinder of the inner cylinder 3 is vertically divided into two compartments by a partition wall 4, and each compartment is connected with the other through a communication port 5 at the lower end. A gas to cool the inner cylinder 3 is introduced through an inlet 6 from a positive blower 16 into the right-handed compartment, raised in the left-headed compartment from the communication port 5, and then discharged from an outlet 7. During the period, the said gas is heated by the heat energy of the waste gas, and the high-temperature gas so formed is then supplied through an air preheater 13 from the outlet 7 into a fluidized combustion furnace 11.</p>
