PURPOSE:To increase the number of kinds of products and to add logic elements, field by field, optionally, by providing programmable cells which can be programmed with a mask and programmable cells which can be programmed electrically on the same chip. CONSTITUTION:Programmable cells U11-U610 and T11-T47 among cells Tij Uij are arranged at the intersection parts of AND product term lines Pj and AND product term lines Pj and And input lines Ii. Cells T51-T77 and U78-U1110 are arranged at the intersection parts of OR product term lines Pj' and OR output lines Ok. The program cells Tij are given a program by a mask. The programmable cells Uij are electrically programmable. Consequently, optional logic is added by the electric program of a program part B on the basis of the logic of a mask program part A. |
