PURPOSE:To obtain acoustic parts which have excellent acoustic characteristics while displaying the physical characteristics of whiskers of polyoxymethylene sufficiently, by using thermoplastic resin for a binder for the whiskers of polyoxymethylene. CONSTITUTION:In a container 1, 1,000g unsaturated polyester, 5cc methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, about 5cc of 10% cobalt naphthnate solution, and further about 75g (7wt%) whiskers 3 of polyoxymethylene are charged and mixed by a mixer 4 without being heated. This mixture is cast into a mold, etc., and preheated to form a prepreg sheet 5. This sheet is set by a heat compression molding machine 6 at 70 deg.C for 20min to form a vibration diaphragm for a speaker. |
