<p>The coffee machine with improved thermal control is suitable for commercial use, e.g. in cafés, and for domestic use. The technical problem to be overcome is to devise a thermal control that will enable the coffee machine to operate under the best possible conditions whatever the circumstances of its use, and that will in particular enable both coffee and steam to be produced at the optimum desired temperatures. The solution to this problem is provided by a coffee machine with improved thermal control comprising: a water feed circuit operated by a pump (12), a boiler (7) for the steam, and at least one outlet group (2) equipped with a filterholder (3) and characterised in that each said outlet group (2) comprises its own small boiler (16) with its own autonomous thermal control, and in that said water feed circuit is constructed such that it feeds said boiler (7) and each of said small boilers (16) in parallel. <IMAGE></p> |
