<p>Luminescent substance has the formula (2-x) ZnO. xMF2. yGeO2. zSiO2: w Mn, where M=zn and/or Mg, x is between 0.1 and 0.6, y is 0.2-0.8, z is 0.15-0.85 and we is 0.01-0.06. The ratio of (Zn + Mg) to (Ge + Si) is 2. Bi (4x10-4 - 3x10-3 g. -atom Bi per mol(GeO2 + SiO2) is present, also preset quantities of Pb and As. Preferably there is 8 x 10-4 g. atom Bi per mol (GeO2 + SiO2).</p> |
