<p>Spinning multi-filamentary, threads and fibres. Process as in DL 59365. Nozzle plates with several circles of holes have inserted distribution plates with V-shaped partitions at the bottom. The spin components are fed into the intermediate spaces between the partitions through systems of straight feed and star-shaped bores. Consequently, the spinning component A fed outwards via the inner insert of the spinning pack flows through star-shaped bores into inner feed chambers. The spinning component B, fed inwards, flows through star-shaped feed bores, or a straight bore into outer feed chambers. Thus the feed chambers contain, respectively component A on one side of the partition, and component B on the opposite side. The components unite in layers below the partitions sharply tapering in front of the nozzle plate pre-bores and form filaments with semi-circular or segment-shaped distribution of the components.</p> |
