<p>The wrapper has an applicator finger mounted to pivot on a vertical axis, under control of a ram carried by the covering frame. It is fixed to a stop on which is a pad, fixed to a turning horizontal shaft, on a thrust plate. This presses against the stop, which determines the limiting position of the thrust plate inwards as a function of that of the finger. The finger is fixed to a sleeve, pivoting on a vertical axis.</p> |
