PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance and obtain a powerful magnetic field by forming an ion beam deflecting inside surface made of a stainless sheet, and providing a sealing plate at the opening section of the stainless sheet together with a cooling pool and a water cooling protrusion provided on the sealing plate. CONSTITUTION:An inside surface on which an ion beam 1 is deflected is formed using a thick stainless sheet 20. A removable sealing plate 17 is provided in the opening section 15 of this stainless sheet 20. A concave is formed outside this sealing plate 17 and is tightly enclosed by a cover. The concave forms a cooling pool 12 by applying water from a nozzle 19. A protrusion formed by outer and inner cylinders 14 and 13 are provided in a hole in the center of this sealing plate 17 and cooling water is applied from the nozzle 19 on this end. On the other hand, an outer liner 7 is laid on the inner surface of a stainless sheet 21. An outer cooling water passage 16 is arranged on the outer surface of the stainless sheet 21 which is water-cooled.
