PURPOSE:To fetch a digital signal from different physical amounts using the same device, by a method wherein a pointer position of an instrument is detected optically, and is fetched as a direct digital signal. CONSTITUTION:Lights raidated from a photoelectric element 19, pass through slits 231-23n formed in a slit disc 22 secured to a frame 13. A reflection plate 17, secured to a pointer 16, and sub-reflection plates 241-24n, in turn, reflect the lights which are received by means of photoelectric elements 201-20n and are sent as a digital signal to a computer 8. |
