The axis of rotation (11) between the upper frame (5) and the lower frame (6) on which the upper frame rests so that it can be rotated is mounted eccentrically e.g. in the inner region of a rear corner formed by the two frames (5,6). At least two of the possible rotary positions can be securely locked so that now by altering the axis of rotation a wide variety of different seat positions are possible. For easy adjustment the axis of rotation can be formed by slide discs (9,10) and/or a tube-bolt construction (11).
