Light splitting system providing positive and negative components - obtained as separate hollow coaxial dispersion cones

The system divides the light into two components with opposing internal electrical, chemical and physiological characteristics. It uses a parallel, divergent or convergent beam (1), directed onto a light dispersion substance (2), the two separated components comprising two distinct dispersion cones. Pref. the negative component forms a dispersion cone with an aperture angle than that of the cone formed by the positive component. This cone may have an aperture angle of almost 180 degs. and encloses the dispersion cone of the negative component. The dispersion substance (2) may comprise a single dispersion plate or a series of plates one after the other.
