发明名称 ULTRASONIC FLAW DETECTING EQUIPMENT FOR INSIDE SURFACE OF FINE TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To conduct ultrasonic flaw detection of a horizontal type capillary automatically from the inside surface to the entire surface and to the full length, by means of an insertion type rotary sound wave detecting probe and a probe scanner. CONSTITUTION:An insertion type rotary ultrasonic wave detecting probe is composed of a probe driving unit 4 which is designed capable of sliding in a capillary 1, a guide 5, a probe rotating unit 7 supported rotatably, an ultrasonic oscillator 8 and a weir 6 which is holding a contacting liquid 9. A probe scanner 11 is provided with a motor 13 to drive a probe cable 17. A driving pulley 14 and a position detecting unit 16 are attached to the motor 13. The cable 17 is provided in its inside with a signal wire, a small-type motor power supply line, a liquid supply pipe and a reinforcing member. A scanner control unit 20 controls a motor in the probe driving unit 4 and the motor 13 of the probe scanner 11. An ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving unit 21 transmits and receives ultrasonic wave 10 from the oscillator 8. A recorder 22 records flaw detection signal and probe position signal. These signals are processed by a signal processing unit 23 and recorded into a recording unit 24.
