PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a funnel part, by supporting with a funnel retainer, the funnel part of a bulb where a pad of the panel part touches a positioning post and by interposing a low friction member between the funnel-retainer and the fixed part. CONSTITUTION:Three positioning posts 61, 62, 63, are attached to a head main body which is fixed on a jig-for-sealing-substrate, the pad of a panel 1 is forced to touch it, and the bulb 4 is fixed by a bulb-retainer 7. Also, the funnel-retainer 12 is slidably attached to a fixed port 11 through a supporting member 14 which is movably fitted to a ball 13. The inclined plane of the funnel 2 of the bulb 4 can be supported, by this funnel retainer 12. Threby, the positioning of the panel can be performed without damaging the funnel. |
