The track control system for railway vehicles fitted with inductively coupled aerials includes a system for equalising a phase discontinuity at points, crossings etc. A permissible phase difference is monitored in the inductive line conductors to which the aerial is coupled, these conductor sections being of different lengths. They form supply and return paths at the crossing point. The longer section is thus detected, and an equalising circuit is introduced by means of concentrators such as inductances, resistances or capacitors. The wiring for the section forms a loop with an inductance or two inductances in series with a capacitor connected to their junction point at line potential. Alternatively, the loop can consist of two ohmic resistances between two inductances, with a parallel capacitor and resistance connected to the central junction point.
